Emily Palacios
Emily Palacios is the Director of First Impressions at New City Church. She is married to her husband Santiago and mother to Mateo and Ben.
Emily was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She graduated from Calvin College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Spanish. She teaches Spanish part-time and loves working with kids. Emily and her family enjoy visiting family in Ecuador and Michigan. Her favorite season is fall and she loves the color orange. Emily enjoys baking, crafting, Zumba, meeting new people, and traveling, in no particular order.

HOPE FOR NEW CITY CHURCH
My hope for New City is that outsiders would feel like insiders. I hope that guests feel welcome and loved by New City Church and can feel God’s love and grace that He pours out on all of us. My hope is for hurting people to find healing, for broken people to find mending, and for lonely people to find Jesus. I hope we can be a place of refuge and welcome guests with arms wide open as God welcomes us into His arms.
